Welcome to our community. If you continue to browse and use this community, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern The Network Café’s relationship with you. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our community. 

The content of our community, websites or apps is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Please check these Terms And Conditions from time to time to appraise yourself of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.

Our liability

You enjoy The Network Café at your own risk and responsibility. The Network Café and its teachers will not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from its use. Any complaint should be raised with the owner, Lysette Offley, and Sounds Positive Ltd, ℅ Centrilogic, 5 Arlington Square, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1WA, UK

Lysette Offley is a fully-qualified teacher and therapist, regulated and governed by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA), and adhering to their professional code of conduct.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our community nor to your downloading of any content to or from it, or on any community, website and/or app linked to it.

Bookings

Payment will be taken at the time of your booking. Please therefore have your credit card details at hand.

Refunds/Cancellations

If any appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more before your session, we will refund the full amount paid.  There is no refund for any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice; this is also the case for any missed sessions. In exceptional circumstances a psychologist may have to cancel your appointment – if this occurs you will receive a full refund for that session.  

Please note that if you participate in the community while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or become abusive, insulting, disruptive or act in an unreasonable manner or contrary to our agreement we are entitled to terminate your membership and there will be no refund.

Community, Website and Apps content

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered in this community, websites or apps for any particular purpose. We acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent of the law. 

Your use of any information or materials in this community, website or app is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this community, websites or apps meet your specific requirements. The community, websites or apps content is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely or a tool for diagnosis.
