I am absolutely beside myself with rage that it is necessary for us to differentiate between one lot of food and another lot purporting to be unadulterated.

What are they doing to the ordinary stuff that is necessary to have organic food as an alternative?

Like I say, don’t get me on that subject unless you’ve got time to spare!

Meanwhile, there are some ‘ foods’ sold in supermarkets which not only have no nutritional value, they actually do you harm, and in particular to your brain’s functioning.

Crisps, salted peanuts, salted crackers, sweets, biscuits, processed flour, white bread, sweetened fruit juice
